2. Where do we store your data?

The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA), but it cannot be transferred or processed in a country out of the EEA. Each transfer of your personal data is done under the applicable legislation. 

3. What kind of data do we collect from you?

We collect your data when you fill in the forms and/or the surveys on our website. This includes:

  • The data you provide in order to subscribe to our e-mail bulletin – names and e-mail. It is possible that we also collect data regarding your fitness goal – losing or gaining weight – in order to segment and provide relevant articles and offers.
  • Data provided for orders of our products and services – names, e-mail, phone number, delivery address (if it is a matter of a physical product), IBAN (when processing the payment in case of online payment). When ordering a diet or a fitness programme, we collect additional data about your sex, age, height, weight, measures, habits, and preferences needed for the preparation of diets and programmes.

  •  Data about your visits of our website, including, but not only, traffic data, data for the location, data for the used Internet browser and device, as well as other communication data, no matter if this is required for our own payment purposes or for another reason. 

4. Why do we collect your data? 

It is possible that we use the data we collect from you for the following purposes:

6. How do we protect your data?

We guarantee the safety of the data you send with industrially standardized, physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. Internally, your data is stored on controlled servers with limited access. Your information can be stored and processed in specified locations where we are located, in strict compliance with the applicable legislation for confidentiality and personal data protection.
In addition, all sensitive data (like credit/debit cards) you provide is coded with the technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL), so that we improve the safety of its transfer. All transactions are stored or processed by a specialized provider (Skrill Ltd) and your payment data is not stored or processed on our servers. We do not have access to this information and it is absolutely protected.

7. How long do we store your data?

If you buy any of the digital products offered on our website, we provide you with a permanent access to them. That is why, we keep your e-mail and your name to the moment you have access to our products.
Your data we use for marketing purposes are to be stored with us until you inform us that you do not like to receive this information, or until you unsubscribe by yourself.

9.4 The right to be forgotten
